  3. Sleeping Gear: Compact sleeping bag or blanket, sleeping pad for insulation.
  4. Water Filtration: Water filter or purification tablets, and a durable water bottle or hydration system.
  5. Fire Starting: Matches in a waterproof container, a lighter, and fire starters (like tinder or magnesium sticks).

Food and Cooking

  2. Cooking Gear: Portable stove or burner, compact cookware (pot/pan), and utensils.
